1-2-1 Therapy (Virtually or F2F)

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but my initial consultation is designed to make it feel a little less daunting. This first meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what’s bringing you in, and explore how I can best support you. There’s no pressure to dive in too deep right away. It’s simply a space where you can ask questions, share what you’re comfortable with, and begin to get a feel for what working together might look like. Whether you're feeling nervous, uncertain, or just curious, you're welcome exactly as you are.

Key areas

Anxiety and Depression

I offer specialist support for anxiety and depression that goes beyond surface-level coping strategies. My approach combines evidence-based therapy with mindset coaching to help clients understand the root of their struggles, break unhelpful patterns, and rebuild emotional strength. Whether you’re battling constant overthinking, low mood, burnout, or just feeling stuck, I work with you to regain clarity, calm, and control, so you can get back to living, not just surviving.

Public Persona and Identity

I help high-profile individuals navigate the emotional toll of living in the public eye, especially when their personal identity feels at odds with their public persona. Whether it’s a career shift, media backlash, image pressure, or a full-blown identity crisis, I offer a confidential space to unravel what’s real, what’s performative, and what’s no longer serving you.

Addiction Support

I offer non-judgemental, specialist support for individuals struggling with addiction - whether it’s substances, alcohol, or compulsive behaviours like work, shopping, or people-pleasing. My approach blends therapeutic insight with practical mindset coaching to help uncover the emotional drivers behind the addiction, break destructive patterns, and rebuild a life rooted in clarity, purpose, and self-respect.
