  • I am hoping to soon integrate my calendar with this website so bear with me please. For now you can book by calling, emailing or messaging me. I will come back to you to work out a time that works best.

  • Therapists like me use different structured approaches or frameworks to understand their clients’ issues and guide treatment. Each model has its own strengths, and good therapists will often integrate techniques from different models depending on what the client needs.

I’m trained in both CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), which means I’ve got a solid toolkit for helping you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are all linked and how to change the patterns that are keeping you stuck. CBT is brilliant for tackling anxiety, low mood, and unhelpful thinking, while DBT brings in powerful strategies for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and boundary work, especially if you feel things deeply or struggle with extremes. I blend both approaches in a way that’s practical, grounded, and totally tailored to you.
