Therapy and mindset coaching with me isn’t about labels or long-winded analysis. It’s about understanding what’s going on beneath the surface and giving you the tools to deal with it. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone.

The RISE Programme

Rise is my 6-week programme for those new to the TV/film/Media/ Music/Social influencing industries, or those already established but struggling with the challenges of fame and being in the public eye.

RISE was born out of one truth: the fame game can mess with your head. Whatever platform you’re famous on, if your profile is rising fast, the pressure to hold it all together can be brutal. I’ve spent the last 15 years helping high-profile clients deal with exactly this. Now I’ve wrapped that experience into something solid and structured, so people struggling with life in the spotlight don't have to do it alone.

My RISE programme is for people in the spotlight. People who want to rise on their own terms, not be shaped by the noise, the comments, or the chaos of life in the public eye.

One 90-minute session a week. Face-to-face or on Zoom. Real conversations, real tools, real support with a promise of no fluff, no sugar-coating. during our highly confidential sessions we will work on the following key themes:

R - Resilience: You don’t need to be tougher, you need to be better resourced. We’ll build the internal stability you need to keep showing up without burning out or breaking down.

I - Imposter Syndrome: It’s not confidence you’re missing, it’s permission. We’ll identify the root of your self-doubt and rewire it so you can own your space without apology.

S - Scrutiny: When you live under a microscope, it messes with your head. We’ll work through the emotional toll of being watched, judged, or constantly performing and help you reconnect with who you are beneath it all.

E - Emotional Empowerment: You’re always the strong one for everyone else. This space is for you. No judgement, no pressure to explain, just real support and straight-talking insight to help you process, reset and move forward.
